Good morning. Today I was here to perform your initial pest inspection/treatment. Odorous house ants identified entering through crevice on kitchen countertop. Activity also observed along foundation below wet bar window trim and on left side of garage along foundation. No visible termite activity found while inspecting interior/exterior of home. I removed old bait stations inside garage showing no activity and old exterior stations showing minimal activity on right side of home. I applied a liquid residual solution to the interior perimeter of utility closets in basement targeting spiders. I applied ant gel bait near cracks and crevices along kitchen countertop as well. I applied a liquid non-repellent solution to the exterior foundation, door trim and window trims. This is targeting the ants and other general/seasonal pests that may try to enter. I installed four termite monitors on the corners around home. I added three interior mouse bait stations. One on sill plate in water heater
