My family received superior customer service from Jeff. His dedication and professionalism was outstanding. I placed a call to J & J at the last minute and, in my opinion, needed an emergency visit. Jeff arrived and spent quite a bit of the morning assessing the interior and exterior of our home. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and we were very pleased with our outcome.
