J&J has been our exterminator for years. They have kept our home and 2 shops free from all pesty bugs and rats/mice. We have a new representative, Mr. Rodney Morgan, and he's awesome. His customer service skills are on point, and he's always wearing a smile. He thoroughly explains what he is doing, and gives feedback on how to prevent pests from invading our territory in the future. He's trust worthy and professional.
