I currently have J&J service for my own home and requested a termite inspection of a rental home that we are looking to purchase. Cody did a thorough inspection and answered every question I had regarding termite prevention and pest prevention, along with pricing options on the rental property. He also answered questions about my home services and even set up and scheduled extra services at my house while we were at the rental. I also feel like I learned a lot on signs to look for with termite damage, as well as other pests. Cody was very polite and extremely patient with all of my questions and concerns. He was very helpful and I was beyond impressed.
