The technicians were courteous and explained everything in detail to me before starting the treatment.

It was great. They got to the home and started everything after explaining the procedure to me. I rode out to open the home so they could treat under the hot tub. and the were well on their way on getting the job done. They were courteous and polite. They were prompt and did a great job.
