Twenty-two years ago i had J&J do my new build termite foundation treatment and have been with them all along taking care of my general pest needs. Normally Francis does our pest treatments, always on time and willing to go the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Lately a mosquito problem has developed and we reached out to Francis. He directed me to the service department and was informed that a swap could be made to exchange regular service to a mosquito abatement service. Justin the service tech showed up as scheduled, walked me thru the process, explained the product and how it worked . Very through. This is important to me & my family because of the nature of chemicals and safe handling. He preformed hid duties as described with professionalism and courtesy. As a whole I'm grateful and satisfied for excellent service we have received thru the years. In closing I would highly recommend J&J exterminating for any pest needs. There's a reason they are #1 in the state.
