Alex arrived at my home to retreat for termites (spot treatment) at time he promised and even called to update me before arriving. He was extremely patient and precise and took as much time was necessary to cover all affected areas. I observed him as he performed the service and he taught me more about termite behavior. We also discussed another treatment option available to me and my neighbors for our consideration. Alex is highly professional and polite!
