When offered customer requested purchase of a 3yr service plan. Tech confirmed toilet lever ( master bedroom toilet) had broken off due to old age. Tech had given the customer the option to repair the broken lever, complete a minor rebuild of the toilet, or replace the toilet. Customer opted for a minor toilet rebuild. Technician shut off the water to the toilet and replaced the supply line, the fill valve, the flapper, and the toilet flush lever. At this time toilet is functioning properly and leak free.
