Customer explained to each the hose bib had broke and wanted to replace it and bring the shut off valve upstairs as opposed to having it in the crawl space. Tech cut out and remove old hose bib and valve, and capped old line. Master bath lav sink was used to tie in new shit off valve before pip went back into crawl space for new FF hose bib to exit back out of pre existing hole in place of the old one. No leaks are present at this time, and insulation was put back in its place.
