Cut water off to unit, changed main water shut off valve coming into the unit. Cut and removed old water heater out, installed similar model 40 gallon Bradford white electric lowboy water heater. Piping connections were made as well as electric hook up. Water was turned back on system was bled of air ensuring that no leaks were present to any of the repairs made. Lines are currently being flushed of Remainder of sediment. Customer has been made aware that once water stops running it will take approximately 45 minutes for tank to heat up.
