12 year old carrier furnace and a/c Unit is working good at this time meaning electrical is running on low amps and unit is clean. Some dust is starting to form on blower wheel but is expected to due to age. Pressures are good reading 10 on sub cooling which is right we’re it needs to be. Run/start capacitor is teetering on the potential of failure reading 36/45mfd. Does not need replacement as of now but may need in future
