It’s always a pleasure to see Craig drive up. You know he’s going to be super pleasant and friendly, he’ll remember everything about your home, any concerns you had on the last visit, he’ll check to make sure they were taken care of, he’ll ask about any concerns you might have now, and he’ll remind you that SWAT is just a phone call away if anything happens before the next scheduled visit. I wish every business I dealt with had a representative who put their customers and customers’ needs first with the same care and concern as well as the same focus on getting the job done efficiently as Craig does. I also want to give a shout out to the office team who are always super courteous and helpful whenever they call. It is very appreciated.
