Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a toilet making noise, running/filling on its own, single handle. faucet not shutting off properly, noise from washing ma home when it turns off water flow. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found 1 inch regulator at front service riser at 95psi (failed regulator). Found toilet needs new flapper and fill valve, old style delta single handle lav faucet with signs of heavy scale build up around retainer cap (possibility that it may crumble when dissembled). Will inform customer of condition of faucet and present options for repair or replacement. Tested shut off valves for faucet and fount they are multi turn and do not function/stop water flow fully. Replaced lav faucet including pop up assembly. Rebuilt toilet with new flapper, flush valve and supply line. Replaced hot and cold angle stops under lav sink. Included hot and cold supply lines. Replaced 1 inch regulator in front of home and set pressure to 70psi.
