Leak in garage. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found air conditioning leaking from line set. Needs to have unit serviced and leak fixed. Customer recently retired and wants to wait on pricing for garbage disposal. No issues at this time. Water heater working good and temperature is 125. Water pressure 70 psi.
