Water leak near front deck. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found water line broken in planter in front of deck. Will cut out section of pipe and install new ball valve, pipe and fittings. Found water pressure to home fluctuating from 110-130. Installed new pressure regulator and set psi to 55. On gas meter installed new 3/4 ball valve and also replaced approximately 6 feet of gas line under deck. All areas have been tested for leaks and function.
