Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a water filter issue. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found water filter at incoming service located in the garage. Filter has never been changed or serviced since home owner moved in. Found filter media inside water system for house. Water in lines is gray with pieces of fiber/fabric inside. Ace Pelizon Plumbing will shut water off to water heater and drain/flush tank. Will flush cold water system at this time. Includes disconnecting (2)toilet supply lines and flushing fixtures. Flushing of hot and cold system. This is a best effort attempt to clear as much filtration media from home water system as possible. Replaced hot side supply line on water heater at no additional charge
