Ace Pelizon Plumbing will attempt to diagnose/emulate cause of leak in kitchen ceiling from remodeled bathroom tub. Found that waste and over flow has been leaking from its seal and tub shows signs of hard water build up from leak (visible through access panel). Waste and overflow was removed before Ace Pelizon Plumbing arrived. Ace Pelizon Plumbing Will cable tub drain at this to clear slow/blocked drain. Disassembled drain piping for waste and overflow to remove heavy debris from tub trap. Cleared drain and verified flow with water running and full tub. Installed overflow and drain plug assembly. Caulked gasket to tub and secured tightly with screws. Recommend installation of new drain lines installed for tub and lav connections. (Requires opening of ceiling and wall). Customer would like and estimate for new tub tub trap and lav horizontal drain lines run to main under house.
