Ace Pelizon Plumbing arrived and was shown clean out in backyard on east side of house. Ran camera and found stoppage at 30’ cleared stoppage with camera. Broken clay sewer is out next to driveway under front landing Approx 3 feet deep. Ran camera out another 15’ and found large root at location next to clean out in driveway. Videoed to next clean out by street and found no problems. First break in sewer excavating under porch and tunneling to break in sewer. Will replace up to 3’ of sewer under landing. Will backfill and compact with native soil. Second break in sewer. Ace Pelizon Plumbing Will saw cutting concrete and jackhammering in line with old patch next to clean out in driveway will haul away concrete. Then will excavate down to 3’ and cutting out old broken clay and installing new clay. Will cut out existing y in sewer line that is connection both sides of house and replace it also. Once repaired will backfill and compact with native soil. Concrete patch is not
