Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a leak in water system. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found leak on irrigation system pressurized water line located on side of home. Leak appears to be located next to an azalea bush that will need to be removed prior to excavation and repair of 1 inch water line in ground. Will submit estimate for repair. Found that Kohler toilets seats are removable style and have slight movement because of this. Informed customer of findings and informed her that the only way to correct this movement would be to install different style seats. Customer declined at this time. Found shower in master bathroom has hard water build up on hand held sprayer and should be replaced. Will submit estimate to customer for replacement. Customer declined shower sprayer install
