Ace Pelizon Plumbing arrived and was show front bathroom. Found toilet and tub backed up. Also the other restroom was backed up. Was shown clean out in front yard but it only goes down stream and not up stream. Clean out is only 3†and it appears sewer line is 8’ deep. Stoppage is before clean out. Recommend installing a proper clean out so we can go both ways. Only way to clear stoppage is from roof. Could pull toilet but no guaranty that we could clear stoppage from there and it’s not the proper way to clear a mainline Estimate only house needs a proper clean out.
