Ace Pelizon plumbing arrived again to sewage flowing out of clean out. There is no warranty on stoppages here. Will use hydro Jetter to clear main line sewage back up. Will then video line out as far as I can to either locate another clean out or provide estimate for one to be installed. After clearing stoppage that was less than 10 feet out. We videoed sewer line and found a lot of cast iron debris. I would recommend excavating at clean out and pulling all the rust debris back to us along with descaling this will clean approx 100’ and this may or may not help with situation. What we strongly recommend is replacement of sewer line out to city connecting on property side.
Charlie called me directly and asked for plumbing service for a main line overflowing. Ace Pelizon Plumbing arrived and found clean out that was overflowing. Charlie approved jetting night before. Jetted out main line from 4†clean out near office. Jetted approx 350’ to where I could not push jetter anymore. Sewer cleared around 75’ I ran jetter approx 10 times out to about 350’ and then drained the water tank approx 500 gallons of water down line to flush and make sure it was clear. Not when I showed up I found some paper towels inside clean out. Paper towels do not break up and have the potential to clog drains. No warranty on commercial drains.
