Ace Pelizon Plumbing was called out on a toilet leaking from tank. Ace Pelizon Plumbing found Toto toilet in mens restroom (handicap stall) dripping from tank bolt on right hand side of fixture. Tightened nut on both sides of tank bolts and drip stopped. It has already been recommend that this toilet be rebuilt with all new internal tank components. Will present estimate for repair to customer. Ace Pelizon plumbing will rebuild Toto toilet with new fill, flush valves, tank to bowl kit and trip lever. Will include new water supply line. Work approved by doctor on site. Tech tested 1 st toilet while on site and found that flapper has become sticky/deformed and requires replacement. Removed existing flapper and installed 3 inch silicone ring flapper. Adjusted and verified flush at this time. Also tightened tank to bowl for this fixture. Tightened both toilet seats.
