Sunny communicated well and was on time. He listened to my issues and made suggestions for an immediate fix, as well as offering to quote on some future plumbing corrections to address low water pressure. His experience helped answer questions about how the past plumbing setup in our house was laid out, which seemed off to me. But with his explanation, I understood it was all up to code when it was installed years ago by another company. Plumbing bills are always a bit shockingly high, but I felt more comfortable with this service than other services in the past. And he did a little extra service for no extra charge before leaving, putting down new caulk around the bathroom fixtures, which I'm terrible at without making a huge mess. As for the repair on a leak around the water main line entering the basement, we'll have to confirm how well it is after a few heavy rains, which is when the issue presents.

Sunder arrived before the appointed time and did a fantastic job clearing the clog. It took a little while to break it loose due to the configuration of the pipes in the crawl space. I'm thrilled to have my kitchen back in full working order.
