I woke up one morning to discover both toilets in the house were backed up and in danger of overflowing. Never good! I Googled for plumbers in my area and found Almighty. They already had an excellent rating and I was desperate so, without checking around further, I just called them. Michael immediately sensed the panic in my voice and within an hour during rush hour traffic, he was at my house in Martinez from his business in Pittsburg. He quickly assessed what needed to be done and gave me several options for dealing with it; all options were very reasonable in cost and he didn’t push any of them. He just explained the pros and cons of each very neutrally. He fixed the immediate problem quickly and fuss-free, then, with the same neutral attitude, discussed with me the more difficult issue I need to address with the house/plumbing itself. He could easily have pushed me toward a much more expensive solution than I really need (and made more money for himself), but he was 100% honest. Did I mention he arrived fully masked and distance-conscious? Did I mention he has a great sense of humor (and a great sense of just being a good human being)? I can’t give Almighty a high enough rating!
