We had Robert Koch for our emergency repair. He was here as soon as he could be and on a Sunday no less! He explained what he needed to do, gave us a fair quote and had it done within an hour!! He gave us some very good advice, a detailed receipt and was on his way. I’m glad to know I have an honest plumber to turn to from now on and will definitely refer him to friends and neighbors!
