Called around to several companies in the area and they were booked out several weeks. Called them and they were trying to get someone out that day but had to push it to next day (it was not an emergency and I was thrilled). Brian had a ton of knowledge and showed me the issues first hand. They offer several options at different price points and don't treat you differently if you can't pick the most expensive one. He went above and beyond at discussing the issues we were having and offering other services to help. 10/10 would recommend to a friend

Called on a Friday around lunch time & they were at my house within an 1 1/2 hrs cleaned out the drain & was on his way within an hour. Very polite and professional. I wasn’t able to get anyone else out till Monday & I didn’t want a drain clogged with standing water all weekend. Thank you Brian.

I had five levels of service to choose from. I chose the the second lowest. I think it was about $100 more than the lowest. From what I understand, this extra $100 bought me the plumber filling my sink with water and draining it a few times as a “flush” of the pipes. I think I’d rather handle that myself and keep the $100. Previous plumbers snaked the drain just as much as he did, without the extra fee. I also got a 6 month warrenty on the sink, but as it has only been clogging every 14 months or so, I don’t think I will be using it.
