crawled under home and found separated sewer-line under home by the kitchen repaired separated 3 inch sewer line under home
Install customer supplied sink. Reinstall garbage disposal. Reinstall kitchen faucet. Install reverse osmosis faucet. There is no warranty and customer supplied fixtures. Installed customer provided sink, faucet, existing disposal, and reverse osmosis in the kitchen and replaced Moen shower cartridge in master bath
Cleared stoppage in shower drain. No Warranty on Stoppages Replaced Hose Bibb on side of house.
Disassembl and reassemble pop-up drain assembly to seal up leak.
Remove old tanked water heater. Install customer supplied Rheem tankless water heater. Run condensate line from unit over to sink in garage. Make connections on gas and water. There is no warranty on customer supplied appliances.
Replace 40 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon Bradford white American made water heater with a seven-year warranty.
Ran cable through new clean out that they just located in asphalt and pushed rocks down to street to clear blockage that was blocking camera from advancing up the line. Ran camera to see if we can locate more of the pipe and hopefully problem area and to map out the sewer system as best we can. Went through multiple cleanout from down by the vineyard and up by the hotel to help map the system better. Marked with green paint all the different line. No warranty on stoppages.
camera sewer lateral through man hole. Found rocks in-line about 40 feet from man hole.
changed cartridges in shower valves in both bathrooms, one in guest bathroom and one in master bathroom. ran camera and inspected sewer lateral through cleanout on side of house. Sewer lateral is in really good shape, no root intrusion, no separation and no blockage.
Clean kitchen line from waste line of sink cleaned 25’ blockage mainly grease
Repair 4” line for fire hydrant. With line exposed and ready to be repaired all dug out
Use toilet auger to attempt to unclog toilet in hallway upstairs part of house. Run descaling solution in Navien tankless water heater.
Ran camera through clean out located in vineyard about 150 ft from man hole and inspected sewer lateral. Line looks good, no gravel, dirt or any obstructions found there seems to be a belly from man hole to about 20 ft north of manhole. Marked ground with a x where belly starts also marked ground where there is a 45.
