Pre- service activity was perfect. Friendly and capable scheduling, pre arrival notifications. Tech was capable and friendly. Careful to protect surrounding areas during service. However, pricing model was absurd! And worse, they would give you no heads up onto a roughly what their cost might be prior to you agreeing to pay for the service call. I just paid more than $400 an hour for the installation of a faucet in a 5-year-old home! This is robbery. The service personnel and personnel on the phone were excellent and I wouldn't retract that. However I would never use this bunch of thieves again as it is totally ridiculous that they would charge you that sum of money for 1 hours work. I never even paid a lawyer $400 an hour!
