Jason R. was great to work with, very personable and cared about making sure I understood both the cause of the issue as well as the plan to repair. He also spent time walking through another plan and provided an estimate for a permanent issue to resolve the acidity in the water lines themselves, truly taking the time to give me all of the information needed. He was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently as well. I would definitely recommend them again.

I may have been able to repair this myself. But seeing as I am not a professional, I called CHS and Jake came out. He was courteous, knowledgable, and extremely friendly. He fixed it right away and we have hot water again! Thanks!
