Service guys were here fixing a tankless hot water heater in one part of the house when I just happened to hear dripping on the ceiling (tankless water heaters are in the attic) in the other part of the house. After being inspected by the service guy, he determined our second hot water heater (which was installed in February by another plumbing company) was missing an important screw. Water was flowing and spraying from the unit so he quickly turned off the water, gas, and electric to the unit. Called the manufacturer and was able to get us a new hot water heater sent to us under the warranty. He and his coworker handled everything. They even cleaned up the water that had collected in the pan and on the ceiling. If they had not been here, that would have flooded our whole house by the end of the day. Double L Plumbing is awesome and I cannot express our gratitude enough. Their customer service is unmatched!! They’ll be installing the new unit when it comes in.
