The problem with the outdoor drainage pipes at my home, which were clogged up by roots, was successfully addressed within a span of 2 hours—from the initial arrival to diagnosis and the completion of the unclogging process. Now, I can afford my overworked sump pump some much-needed rest :) The communication, facilitated by technician Jeremy S., was truly excellent, ensuring a seamless experience from the initial service request to the resolution of the issue. The only downside was the relatively high cost. However, as they say, you get what you pay for in this world, so I would certainly consider using Drainworks' services again!

So Jeremy was great he showed me that my pipe was going up instead of down and probably part of the reason it was clogged (I like use too much toilet paper). Got it done quickly & pretty darn cleanly.
