Mike and Dan (later joined by Devon) replaced a 1500-gallon septic tank in our front yard yesterday. All three had terrific customer service, answering all questions (including a constant steam from my nine-year-old who was on site for the entire crush and install operation!) and attending to my concerns throughout. They also took care to leave the site as nicely graded as they could and repair the tracks in the yard form the equipment on the wet grass. We have had a lot of work on our property over the years, and I have never seen anyone so masterful - careful but quick - with an excavator as Mike! His high level of service, empathy, and care was evident and put me at ease. On the admin side, Kevin has been terrific, as well, and has been very service oriented and helpful in moving our install date around rain due to concerns around ripping up more yard than the project required. I have been anxious about this project for months, and your Drainworks team was the best we could have had for the job. Thank you!
