Eric came to address our issue and he did a great job. He was thorough and reassuring. He was able to assess the situation and determined our pump and being clogged and was able to dislodge the obstruction. So glad it was resolved right before the holiday. Highly recommend him and Drainworks. They are great!

Install riser and cover on center clean out on septic tank 6 inches below grade. Install riser and cover on pump chamber access to grade.
