From my very first call to my experience now enjoying our new faucet and water heater, my Wife and I couldn't be more pleased. Not one detail has been overlooked in the customer experience. I was called with an ETA when promised, and the whole thing was easy peasy. There are cheaper options, but to me you get what you pay for.
