Great first time experience. It's hard enough to find anyone available at last minute - and plumbing issues are often last minute. I waited until Monday am but was told they answer 24/7 and work 6 days a week. Leo came that same day around noon and I was giving update as to when he was coming. Just a bit late but I was notified in advance of that. And he finished it in about 30 minutes from the time he arrived although he said it may take 45-60 minutes after evaluation. He also showed me the parts he was going to use on his tablet, how much it would cost, cleaned up after himself, and made some easy repair recommendations that my husband could do if we didn't want to use his service. I would imagine it could have been cheaper if we used cheaper parts from a hardware store. but it wasn't a big repair, so it was affordable.
