Repaired natural gas leak and pressure tested gas line on plumbing system
Tested water pressure at over 100 PSI. Furnished and installed new Zurn Water pressure regulator (PRV) on plumbing in residence in Cartersville, Ga 30129
Rebuilt American Standard toilet and adjusted fill valve
Replaced flange on toilet and rebuilt with new flush valve, fill valve, and flush handle. Reset toilet with new wax seal and closet bolts
Leak on floor around refrigerator. Repaired 1/4” copper ice maker line feeding ice maker
Excavated ground and tied washing machine drain into septic tank main drain line
Rebuilt Sayco tub/shower valve with new stems, seats, escutcheons and handles

Tested water pressure at 90 PSI. Furnished and installed new 3/4” PRV (pressure reducing valve) on CPVC main waterline in home. Set pressure at 60 PSI

Kitchen sink not draining and pipes loose and leaking. Repiped tubular drains and cleaned out grease from drains
Polybutylene waterline leaking under home. Cut out section and repiped with pex.
Sump pump not working properly. Tested for operation and adjusted float switch. Furnished and installed new high water alarm and tested for proper operation
Waterline feeding home leaking at foundation where entering home. Cut out section of 3/4” copper pipe and repiped with pex through wall and sealed with hydraulic cement.
Disconnected and capped 2” natural gas line feeding old building at master meter. Found no other leaks at this time
