I am sort of disappointed with my service the 2nd time. I first called out 3/2019 for leaky toilet knob. I have a total of 3 toilets in the house. The plumber looked at all 3, fixed knob and flaps on 2. Three months later, the 3rd toilet had same problem. So another plumber came out. The first visit charge was $200. Second visit was another $200. I felt like had the plumber changed all 3 at same visit, I could have saved some cost.

Install new 40 gallon *Rheem water heater. Includes new heater, 3/4" shut off ball valve, Expansion Tank, Gas Sediment Trap, smitty pan with drain, new earth quake straps and haul away of old heater. Work to be done in two visits. 1) Removal of old water heater so dry-out company can repair area. 2) Install new water heater.
Pump and remove grease from interceptor. Dug up and exposed out-going side of grease interceptor. Remove 4 feet of 4 inch rotted cast iron sewer pipe. Rebuilt with new cast iron sanitary tee fitting and ABS piping. Hydro jet sewer line to make it is clear of grease and debris. Back fill dirt and compact.
Install new Rheem Power Vent Ultra Low NOx, 50 gallon water heater. Includes new water heater, gas and water supply lines, gas sediment trap, earthquake straps, expansion tank and haul away of old water heater.
Replace leaking angle stop and toilet supply line
