Estimate to run new gas lines in attic and drop down in wall to pick up laundry and stove (both in kitchen, separate walls) 25-30 feet to run, will include new shut offs at stub outs and new gas supply lines
Fix leaking air gap and clear dishwasher lines connecting air gap to garbage disposal and tighten down Air gap to counter
Relocate refrigerator water supply line. Cap gas line for fire place.
1) Excavate and remove approximately 65 ft. of dirt. 2) Run new gas main using 1 inch poly gas pipe starting from gas vault at curb to side yard of house making connection to black pipe. 3) Pressurize and test. Open valves inside house. 4) Back fill and compact soil.
Remove old cast iron bath tub and install new customer supplied tub. 2) Replace and install new 1 1/2" ABS P-trap, Waste & Overflow. 3) Replace and install new customer supplied shower valve with built-in diverter. 4) Run new water lines for shower heard and tub spout. Run extra water line for new handheld sprayer. 5) All work has been tested and checked for leaks.
Water service leaking. Cut, replace and install new 3/4" Ball Valve. New 3/4" Hose Bib. Price includes labor and parts. Energize water and check for leaks.
Leaking pressure relief on water heater replaced
1) Rebuild water service, hose bib and ball valve. 2) Remove water heater to access area for repair. 3) Re-route slab leak from water heater manifold to behind laundry line hook ups. 4) Re-install water heater and clean up.
