Perform camera inspection and locate sewer line.
Estimate for repair and bathroom future. 1) Saw cut a 3' x 3' area in concrete around closet bend in bathroom in Unit C. 2) Remove concrete and excavate soil to expose existing 4" cast iron waste lines. 3) Install 4" "Y" or combination fitting. Rebuild closet bend. 4) Saw cut 2' x 2' in concrete in Unit B. Excavate soil to extend 4" waste line from Unit C into Unit B for future restroom. 5) Back fill, compact and patch concrete in both units.
Repair leak on water main at meter. Replace broken flange on service side. Installed new gaskets on service and city sides of meter. Includes labor and materials.
Install new thermocouple kit in water heater (thermocouple kit supplied by customer)
