Install new 1/2 horsepower badger garbage disposal
Hydro jet main sewer line through cleanout in front yard all the way to city tie in Camera sewer line

Backed up tub and master shower, cabled from tub overflow in hallway bathroom. Cleared obstruction and ran water afterwards.
Backed up tub in hallway bath. Cabled from overflow pulled back minimal hair cleared blockage and ran water afterwards Recommendation: kitchen sink left side drain slow. Not correctly plumbed. Has accordion style tail piece extension and p-trap is below outlet stubbing out old wall. Recommend installing new p-trap to bring up to code and removing accordion style extension total too complete this work

Replace broken vent pipe with new 4x2 y and 2inch 45 bend Replace shower drain and p-trap Move and relocate water manifold inside new shower wall
Replace warn out flapper in hallway bathroom toilet
New tank-less water heater and materials for installation. Includes Heater Treater filtration unit.
Repair broken pop up on bathroom sink in hallway
Found water pooling in front yard and leaking from bad irrigation valves. Could be cause of dampness and smell. fixing the valve would be the first step in eliminating problems. Could not easily access crawl space, shrubs are overgrown. Estimate to replace (3) sprinkler valves
