I just bought my first home and before I could move into it there was a leak from the water main. I am new the to area and have no contacts. I was fortunate enough to be referred to Hansens's Plumbing by a flooring contractor who was onsite when the problem started. Hansen's was able to send someone out on very little notice and Nick diagnosed the problem easily. I was impressed by his knowledge and friendly/patient attitude and will definitely ask him to come back to do other work once the water main problem is resolved. The dispatcher, Megan, was very nice and efficient and stayed in contact during the entire afternoon. Overall an excellent experience!
