Nick was very professional, on time and he did excellent work on replacing a leaking ball valve on galvanized pipe using mega pressed instead of rethreading, I highly recommend mega press. Had a triple clog in a resident's unit and the first plumber I called was there for three hours and still could not get it. They wanted to open walls and remove piping and charge me an arm and a leg. Your guy showed up and got the clog in an hour. Didn't have to open any walls or remove any pipes. I will be using Hansen's for my calls from now on.

He was very friendly and respectful and even though he ran across some problems, he was able to assess the situation, find a fix and keep moving forward. Awesome job at a price I could afford. Ian called ahead to let us know he was on his way , arrived early and diagnosed drain issue quickly , explained it very clearly and had drain cleared in less than 10 min. He cleaned the basin and drain cover and showed how well the basin was now draining out .
