Came out today to finish the customer supplied water heater installation we started yesterday. Water heater is located in small closet with the furnace and there was a 2” ptrap drain for the ac condensate and the water heater temperature and pressure relief line directly behind the water heater that was causing some issues. Not intentionally, I ended up breaking off that waste arm at the tee fitting hub. So we returned today to fix that broken trap the way it should’ve been in the first place and got it out of our way. There was also a concrete I guess platform that was barely there and also causing some issues. The water heater did not sit on the concrete before but on the lip of it, the rest was on the wood floor, so we removed that concrete, put the water heater in the new pan, and slid them into the closet and into place. Reconnected the cold and hot water lines to water heater as well as the venting and the gas. Installed new thermal expansion tank per code. Once water was back on
