Job Checkin

Customer stated that she was having a high water bill. Recommended to customer to have all toilets checked in customer agreed. Put dying into all toilets and also shut off water and spotted meter and didn’t notice any water leaking from the toilets nor from the main waterline. Eventually found toilet on bottom floor near kitchen was running. Found that house has two incoming waterlines one waterline that just services the bathroom downstairs and another one that services the rest of the house. Gave customer options for repairs on toilet and customer agreed to cap off-line going to bathroom on main floor. Tested and no leaks present at this time. Bathroom on main floor will not be able to work because water is capped, but in future can be reconnected. Also, this was first step and diagnosing high water bill.
