Built bridge over hole in crawlspace. Tarred off area and cut out cast iron from stack all the way to far side of crawlspace. Found the washing machine drain was already stubbed into crawlspace with pvc. Let customer know we could leave that alone and I would knock off $500. Removed toilet flange and kitchen sink plumbing. Porcelain on toilet cracked when we were removing it. Going to bring replacement toilet tomorrow. Returning tomorrow to run new pvc drains. Returned and installed all new pvc drains. Capped off vent for kitchen sink on roof. Braced kitchen sink with 2x4 as it was about to fall off of countertop. Raised subfloor under toilet and installed new flange. Ran water on every fixture to ensure proper drainage and a leak free install. Confirmed proper pitch on every section of pipe. No further issue at this time.
