We pulled the toilet up and inspected the toilet flange, surprisingly it was in good shape. With new closet bolts, wax ring, toilet supply line, and china caps we sat the toilet back down and secured it to flange. After testing caulked around the base. In basement bath, the toilets tank to bowl gaskets are starting to decay causing pieces of those washers to show in the bowl. Gave estimates for that issue. 1 yr labor warranty on pull and reset.
