Richie came to my house and he was very respectful the first thing he did was introduce himself. It was raining outside he put bags over his sneakers to keep are floors clean. He looked at the problem gave me a quote and stuck to that quote and had it done within 20 minutes. Richie Shaw, the owner, has been amazing to work with. He has helped us with some drain issues, rebuilt our toilet, fixed and upgraded the pipes to the washing machine, and installed our new bathtub. He’s honest and will give you all the options and then his opinion of what needs to be done. He works hard and gets the job done in a timely manner. He’s gone above and beyond for us, working on weekends and late nights and picking up parts needed. He’s always had our best interest in mind, even if it meant extra work for him.
