Richie with JBL drain specialist answered on the first call. I almost was in shock when the phone was answered after having no luck on a Sunday night calling a couple other places. I'm really happy that no one answered now, I couldn't have asked for a better outcome to my disaster of an issue. My tenants toilet, tub and laundry all backed up with sewage, and she was unable to use any water. Richie got there a couple hours after the initial call (exactly what he told me originally) and worked real hard with no break until he solved our problem. The place was left spotless when he was finished. My wife, who is a "neat freak" was even overly pleased with the condition it was left in! Richie is a very hardworking, driven, kind man, and it doesn't take long of talking with him to see how genuine he is and his heart of Gold! I have no doubt he will have great success with JBL! I will absolutely recommend JBL, and as for me, I'm a life long JBL customer from here on!
