I had a mystery leak from the furnace. There were several visits from Lowes to try and fix the leak. Jon Jameson came with on the fourth attempt with the service manager Bud. After a reassessment of the problem, by Jon, it was decided to put a drain the the vent pipe to try and prevent water returning in into the furnace. A week later and several days of rain and the leak has stopped. Jon was the first tech to clearly explain what the problem probably was and why he was going to and why.
