Found broken 45 on main line in driveway. Says that it is between 5 to 6 feet deep in concrete driveway. Quoted 2200 to 2500 to repair sewer line
***Get pics and check list to replace water heater
Water and sewer integrity test performed. No leaks no issues
Unclogged lavatory sink, no issues, operating properly
Pulled and reset only toilet in apartment. Reset with new wax seal and caulked to floor
Install new garbage disposal badger one unit is 1/3 hp and working like it should. Unclog tub with auger now flowing fine. Also replaced Moen cartridge to master tub. Everything is now working like it should
